Here is Angus, or Lionwood Kinsale's Lad. He is an Irish Draught horse I had the pleasure of watching at a large Dressage show in Wellington, Fl. I fell in love with him as I watched him and Heather Bender ( a wonderful Dressage rider) warming up and then going through their test.
I wanted this piece to be exquisite! I have worked on it now a couple of weeks. It is 8 x 10, Scratchboard--a new passion of mine! I hope you enjoy it!
I have many pieces for sale and I am available to paint or scratch something, for you. Hmmm, I may need to rephrase that ;). Please contact me via facebook at Bobbie Deuell Fine Art or go to my website

It has been forever since I have blogged. I feel I am really missing a good opportunity.
I just wanted to share what I have been up to lately. I have taken on the art of Scratchboard, and I am having so much fun with it. It is a relatively inexpensive medium. All you need is a scratchboard and an exacto knife. It is so fun to see the detail you can achieve. Will share more as I go along.
This little guy was at the Master's Dressage Show in Wellington, Fl. He was waiting on his owner that was riding, and by the way she was one of the Para-equestrians.
